Photo 16 Mar  ‘The Little Book of Happiness’ has become the butter to my bread of late…It has got me thinking, pondering and questioning. Literature - in any form - really is food for the soul.
‘The Little Book of Happiness’ consists of fruitful, punchy testaments. It is good to challenge and question the here and now at times, I feel. And no, it is not a tragic self help book! More a helpful pick-me-up when your mind needs a boost! Monty Python sought the Meaning of Life (and yes, I quite fancy a wafer thin mint as it goes). I want to know true beauty. And surely that begins with happiness?
So…to be happy…learn to use your mind differently. Teach yourself how to let your mind dwell in the present.

On that note, I’m off to play with some lipsticks…they make me happy. Oh, that’s right - use my mind differently? Off to play with some red lipstick (not a look I frequently go for) and hunt down Mr. Depp…
