I met a rather amazing lady today. Lynne Franks. Yes, THE Lynne Franks aka Ab Fab, I’m a celebrity, PR legend…And I’m intoxicated by her passion, drive and feminist approach to business. I was in (without sounding too contrived) the presence of greatness! Lynne provided an insightful talk at a HABB breakfast this morning (Hair & Beauty Benevolent - the official industry charity dedicated to helping hair and beauty professionals facing difficulties in life: habb.org) and spoke candidly about her life, her achievements… basically a motivational workshop consisting of dialogue and discussion. In essence she has put a spring in my step; I feel like I want to, but more to the point - can take on the world! This Sticky Lipster needs eight hours, time for sleep. After staring into the abyss of Lynne’s eternal youth earlier (she’s 62 and looking bloody fantastic – albeit, not in the above photo but in person she is *hawt*. End of.) I need to pack me beauty zzzz’s in.
